Overall today was a success, considering I woke up and saw people running on the street and thought.. Today is really not the day for that. Instead I looked at those people and was not inspired at the least, this Texas heat repels me from running. Strictly from fear of heat stroke, but it’s all good, can’t be scared to heat up!
So I feel fantastic, I think I want to get a job at a gym. Sometimes I lose my motivation, but internally I have strong drive to get where I need to be. I feel like I could push people to also find a drive and inspire people to feel good about themselves and I want too.
The spartan race comes to Austin in December so I have to get to a point where I am running the min. Of 3 miles a day and 5 days a week, also infusing other forms of cardio. I would like to also spend 1 day a week doing intense yoga so I stay flexible. So, let the games begin!!
I have really let go lately and I know that’s not what motivating yourself and others is about but I have gotten back into old habits. Such as, drinking, sleeping to long, working to much and again eating poorly!! Give me about 2 days to get myself on the right track again and well see what happens :)
